Standing Orders

A ship never votes by itself. Someone has to send a transaction asking it to. The ship then checks the governor on its own: the Captain first, then each Mate whose watch is open. It casts a vote only if one of them has already voted. Whoever sends the transaction has no say in the result.

Our keepers do this on a schedule. This button does the same thing by hand, for every open watch at once, through the keeper contract at 0x1D66…e399. Any tip a ship offers goes to the wallet that sent it. You do not need a ship or a Noun to do this. You only pay the gas.
